DMCA Policy
Welcome to bolauae1.app. We take intellectual property rights seriously and respect the creative work of others. This DMCA policy explains how we handle copyright concerns and what steps you should take if you believe your copyrighted material appears on our website without permission.
We operate in good faith and respond promptly to legitimate copyright claims. Our goal is to maintain a fair platform that protects both content creators and our users. If you’re a copyright holder and believe we’re displaying your work without authorization, or if you’re a user whose content was removed and you think it was a mistake, this policy will guide you through the proper process.
If you believe your copyrighted work is being used on bolauae1.app without your permission, you can file a DMCA complaint. For us to process your complaint effectively, we need complete and accurate information. Your notice must include your full legal name so we know who is making the claim, your complete mailing address where legal correspondence can be sent, a working telephone number we can use to reach you if needed, and a valid email address for faster communication.
You also need to provide a clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, give us a representative list. Be specific enough that we can identify what you’re claiming ownership of. General descriptions won’t help us locate the material you’re concerned about.
Tell us exactly where the infringing material appears on our website. Provide the specific URL or describe the location clearly enough that we can find it without guessing. The more precise you are, the faster we can investigate and take action. If you point us to an entire page when only one section concerns you, it creates unnecessary complications.
You must include a statement saying you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, any agent of the owner, or the law. This statement confirms you genuinely believe infringement occurred and aren’t making a frivolous claim. You also need to state that the information in your notice is accurate and that you’re the copyright owner or legally authorized to act on behalf of the owner. This is a serious declaration because providing false information can result in legal consequences.
Finally, sign your notice either physically or electronically. A typed name at the end of an email counts as a valid electronic signature under the law.
Send your complete DMCA notice to dmca@bolauae1.app. We’ll confirm we received it within 24 hours and begin our investigation immediately. We take these matters seriously and will review your claim carefully. If we determine your claim is legitimate and properly submitted, we’ll remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within 24 to 48 hours. After taking action, we’ll notify the person who posted the content and document everything as required by law.
If we removed your content based on a DMCA claim and you believe the removal was wrong or based on misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification. This tells us you believe your content didn’t infringe anyone’s copyright and should be restored. Counter-notifications are serious legal documents, so only file one if you’re certain the removal was incorrect.
Your counter-notification must include your full name, physical address, phone number, and email address. We need valid contact information because we’ll forward your counter-notification to the person who filed the original complaint, and they may need to contact you or serve you with legal papers if they decide to file a lawsuit. Provide a description of the material that was removed and tell us where it appeared on our website before removal.
You must include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification. This is a legally binding declaration, so think carefully before making it. You also need to consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located, or if you’re outside the United States, any judicial district where bolauae1.app operates. Additionally, you must state that you’ll accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their legal representative.
Sign your counter-notification physically or electronically and send it to dmca@bolauae1.app. We’ll review your counter-notification and forward it to the original complainant. They then have 10 to 14 business days to notify us if they’ve filed a lawsuit seeking a court order to keep the content down. If they don’t file a lawsuit within that timeframe, we may restore your content. If they do file a lawsuit, the matter moves to the courts and we’ll follow whatever order the court issues.
We want to be clear about something important – we’re not judges and we can’t determine who’s right when two parties disagree about copyright. We follow the DMCA process as required by law and let the involved parties resolve their disputes through the legal system if necessary. If both sides present valid-looking claims, we may keep content removed until a court makes a final decision.
We take repeat copyright infringement very seriously. Users who repeatedly post content that infringes others’ copyrights may lose access to our website permanently. We track DMCA claims and counter-notifications. If someone accumulates multiple valid claims against them, we’ll take action that could include permanent restrictions or account termination.
False DMCA claims harm everyone. Making intentionally false copyright claims is illegal and can result in serious legal liability including damages, court costs, and attorney fees. Only submit DMCA notices for content you genuinely believe infringes your copyright. Don’t use the DMCA process to harass people you don’t like, remove content you simply disagree with, silence legitimate criticism, or compete unfairly with others. These are abuses of a system designed to protect intellectual property, and they’re not tolerated.
If we determine someone has submitted false or abusive DMCA claims, we may ignore future claims from them and report the abuse to appropriate authorities. The law provides penalties for those who knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing, so think carefully before filing any claim.
We’re not responsible for copyright infringement committed by our users. We provide a platform for information sharing, but we don’t monitor every piece of content before it appears. By following the DMCA process properly when notified of infringement, we maintain legal protections under the law. That said, while we generally wait for formal DMCA notices, we reserve the right to remove obviously infringing content proactively if we become aware of it. If we see clear copyright violations, we may act immediately without waiting for a formal complaint.
We may update this DMCA policy occasionally to reflect legal changes or improvements to our process. When we make changes, we’ll update the date and post a notice on our website if the changes are significant. We encourage you to review this policy periodically so you understand the current procedures.
If you have questions about this DMCA policy or need clarification about the process before filing a formal notice, please contact us first. We’re happy to explain things and help both copyright owners and content creators navigate this process fairly. You can reach us at admin@bolauae1.app or visit bolauae1.app/contact-us. We’re here to help both sides understand their rights and responsibilities.
Check our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal information throughout this process.
